Part-Time Operations Support Assistant

Monday – Friday

09.15am – 1.15pm (20hrs)

Due to the continued growth of our business we are currently recruiting for an Operations Support Assistant to join a very busy and fast paced business located in Alloa.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:-

Sourcing best price and offers of products across various suppliers

Management of stock levels

Corrective action on slow moving items

Constructive cost control

Processing Wholesale orders

Organise annual health & safety checks – fire extinguishers, pallet trucks, PAT testing

Vehicle maintenance control

Reception/General Admin

This position will be best suited to a candidate who already has experience of working in a fast paced environment. You must have exceptional organisational skills, be well presented and have first class communication skills. You must be efficient in the use of Microsoft packages. You will be required to work full time for 28 days throughout the year to cover staff holidays.
