What happens if my machine breaks down/ there is an issue with my machine out with normal office hours (i.e. 9-5 Monday to Friday)

We have dedicated machine operators and engineers on call at the touch of a button therefore if there is an issue with your vending machine over the weekend we will do our utmost to rectify this issue ASAP.

Our offices are open Monday- Friday 8.30am-5pm and our phone lines remain active 24-7. Any messages received via our answer phone service automatically notify our on call engineer of any faults received.

We aim to rectify any issues no matter which day of the week it is or what time of the day it is, as soon as possible.
