Operations Controller

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for an Operations Controller to join our team at SV24-7 Vending based in Alloa.

Working as part of a multi-award-winning Company, you will thrive in a very busy office environment, being confident in multi-tasking and a wide range of diverse tasks including route planning, fresh food management, customer service, allocating service jobs to our engineers and ordering parts and health & safety document management.

  • Have great customer services skills including a professional telephone manner
  • Sound problem solving skills
  • Good knowledge or central Scotland for route planning
  • Must be positive and self-motivated
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and word packages
  • Ability to work independently and carry out tasks with little supervision.
  • Good record keeping skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Man-management experience of co-ordinating a team

Hours of Work:
8:30am – 5pm – Monday to Friday (30 minutes for lunch)

Based in our modern office in Alloa
