Should I switch the machine off at night/ when our premises are closed

NO!

Please never switch a machine off unless you are advised by us to do so. Many of our machines have energy saving technology in-built therefore when inactive for a period of time the machine will go into a standby mode.

The majority of our machines are refrigerated in order to keep the products inside fresh and to the correct temperature. If you switch the machine off without being advised by us to do so and products are damaged you will be liable for the cost of the damaged products.

Machines are also programmed with specific settings therefore if a machine is switched off these settings will be lost.
