SV24-7 celebrates its 10th year of providing vending solutions on Friday 27 May 2022. The business has changed dramatically since 2012 and is going from strength to strength embracing new technologies and products to enable clients to provide hot drinks and snacks and even fresh food for their employees.

Fiona and Ian Chambers were both working in vending when they met. They realised they could combine their years of experience and their skills in sales, finance and technology to set up an independent company that puts customer service at the heart of everything they do. SV24-7 invested in Vendmanager software right back in the beginning. This enables them to track every item in their machines right down to the last Mars bar. The data reveals customer preferences as well as stock levels. They can respond immediately, restocking and keeping their machines running smoothly. How often a machine needs to be stocked is recorded and fed into planning. Field staff and engineers are tracked in real-time so they can be called to a site efficiently and quickly.
